Link your existing Maple account to your GreenShield coverage

The plan member (cardholder) must link their Maple account. Eligible insured dependents (e.g. spouse and children) can be added to the account once the primary cardholder has logged in.

Please note that your GreenShield ID number / Claiming ID number and date of birth will be shared with GreenShield to verify eligibility.
