About the Program

This program is operated by HealthPEI in partnership with Maple.
The program is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (AT). For additional information about the program, please visit the HealthPEI information page here.

Who can Participate?

The program is available to select patients who do not currently have a primary healthcare provider, are on the patient registry, and have been invited by HealthPEI to participate. Please note, Invitations may take up to 6 business days to arrive. If you have not yet received your invitation and are looking for more information, please click here.

Patients under 18

If you have a child under the age of 18 who has also been invited participate, please create a "Patient Profile" for the child on your account after you register. Please reach out to Maple support (support@getmaple.ca) if you require any help.
