During your iMED coverage period your subscription to Maple telemedicine provides you with free virtual doctor consultations.  Even if your virtual doctor consultation relates to a condition or circumstance that is excluded in your iMED policy, the virtual doctor consultation with Maple will still be free of cost to you.  However, please note that expenses related to medication, tests, specialist care, ambulance, hospitalization, or other ancillary services recommended or prescribed by your Maple physician remain subject to the iMED policy terms and conditions.  Please refer to your iMED policy wording for details.  To confirm eligibility of further medical services for your condition, and to get help for how to submit claims to iMED insurance, call MSH Assistance at 1-800-808-2694 (open 24/7), or write to mshassistance@mshassistance.com
