Create your account to access Maple through RBC Insurance

The plan member (cardholder) must create the Maple account. Eligible insured dependents (e.g. spouse and children) can be added to your account once the primary cardholder has registered.

Please note that your plan member ID number and date of birth will be shared with your insurance plan administrator to verify eligibility.
